Your Opportunity in Jeddah
This VP Pastoral role in Jeddah offers a unique opportunity to shape the wellbeing of students within an international school setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong psychology background, extensive experience in international schools, and exceptional management skills. This role involves leading a team of student counsellors, providing counselling services, and contributing to student admissions through psychological evaluations. The successful candidate will also develop and implement pastoral programs, ensuring their effective delivery, and conduct workshops for teachers, students, and parents.
Requirements:
The ideal candidates(female) should have Psychology degree, experience not less than 10 years in international schools, management skills as she should manage a team of student counsellors, able to do counselling, participate in admission exams and students interview for psychological evaluation, able to make pastoral programs and make sure about the implementation, able to conduct workshops and educational sessions for teachers, students, parents.
